Communications & Marketing Manager, Western Canada

In 2023, Kristen Marston assumed the Communications & Marketing Manager role for Western Canada, overseeing all corporate communications and marketing, encompassing internal and external strategies, media relations, and branding initiatives for the region. 

Kristen's professional journey began in the oil and gas industry, where she gained extensive experience in communications and  people engagement. Her journey with Lafarge Canada later began in 2021, where she specialized in digital marketing and corporate communications.

Kristen holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Digital Marketing, an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Marketing, and a Diploma in Business Marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO of Western Canada, Kristen continues to lead and innovate in the domain of communications and marketing, driving its success throughout Western Canada.
