Giving Back

Lafarge’s Community Investment Program, established in 2013, provides a way for us to support the communities in which we live and work.

The program gives back through cash, gift-in-kind, and volunteer hours throughout the year across Canada.

At Lafarge, we have passionate employees that are involved in organizations across their communities.

Our Employee Led Community Investment Initiative in Western Canada allows employees to request funds to support these organizations that may fall outside of our four pillars. This allows Lafarge to better support our employees and communities directly.
