An exciting career at Lafarge doesn’t have to wait until you’ve finished post-secondary school.

We offer a variety of summer student, co-op, internship and apprenticeship opportunities in different locations across the country. Combining on-site learning with your classroom learning helps you develop the skills you need to kick-start your career after graduation, with opportunities for long-term employment and development with Lafarge.

Our Lafarge Leadership Development Program (LLDP) and New Graduate Development Program (NGDP) give you an opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience that lets you put your education to work. Our programs provide an excellent way to see Lafarge from the inside. You will be given impactful and meaningful projects that include developmental objectives and technical requirements from day one. These programs are designed to provide those new to the professional workforce with all the tools they will require to successfully build a long-term career with Lafarge.
