Prez Skiba has guided the Northern Alberta Aggregate and Construction Materials (ACM) Organization since 2019. Prez has held various leadership positions over his 25-year tenure, including management roles across ready mix, asphalt, road construction and concrete pipe operations.
Known for his dynamic and results driven style, Prez has successfully navigated Lafarge through a rapidly changing landscape, leveraging emerging technologies and sustainable practices to position Lafarge as a pioneer in the industry. Under his guidance, Lafarge has rolled out several sustainable product solutions, embraced digital transformation, and incorporated cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. His visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence make him a driving force behind Lafarge's continued growth and prominence in Northern Alberta.
