Marco Buffone assumed the role of Head of Procurement for Eastern Canada in early 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the building materials industry. Before this, Marco had an extensive career in procurement, gaining valuable insights and expertise through various roles at CRH and Holcim Canada.

With 17 years of dedicated procurement and supply chain management service, Marco's focus has consistently been on the Canadian marketplace, particularly supporting cement, aggregates, and RMX product lines within the building materials sector.

Marco is recognized for his leadership style, which emphasizes collaboration between procurement and the organization as a whole. He is passionate about engaging and motivating his team to challenge the status quo, pursue continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional results.
