Lika Leshchenko is at the forefront of safety leadership as the Head of Health & Safety for Lafarge’s Eastern Canada division, a role she assumed in 2020. With a wealth of experience in manufacturing, transportation operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning, Lika has consistently demonstrated her commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
In her role, Lika has spearheaded initiatives to improve safety culture and reduce lost time injuries. Leading a senior safety team, she has proven to be a dynamic leader, utilizing a combination of analytical and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Lika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Ryerson University and an MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University.
