Leticia Simas assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in October 2018, leading the Eastern Canada finance team and showcasing her seasoned expertise in financial leadership. Her journey within the finance organization has been marked by significant contributions in various roles, including Director of Finance for Eastern Canada Cement, Director of Finance for Eastern Canada Aggregates, Lead Finance Manager in Eastern Canada Cement, and several progressive positions within financial planning and analytics in the North America shared services.

With a remarkable 20+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Leticia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is pivotal on the board of all our Eastern Canada Joint ventures, underscoring her influence and expertise in financial matters. Leticia is a distinguished Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Calgary.

In her current role, Leticia skillfully navigates our operations, blending an entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to processes and adherence to guiding accounting and reporting principles. Her leadership reinforces the financial stability and integrity essential to our organization's continued success.
