Glen King has been the Head Of Human Resources in Eastern Canada since April 2019. As a senior HR executive, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to translate business needs into practical human capital and organizational solutions, utilizing HR metrics to make data-driven decisions supporting our business strategy.

Glen is known for guiding organizations through ongoing change and business transformation while providing a holistic perspective to complex challenges. Her responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive HR support and leadership to develop a people strategy aligned with our organization’s mission, vision, and business strategy.

Glen focuses on people, leveraging passion, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to facilitate their success and contribute to the organization's future. She appreciates being a part of a purpose-driven company where engagement and diversity are paramount and is committed to applying our corporate values to drive positive outcomes for individuals within the Eastern Canada team.

Glen holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, and is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE). As part of the Executive Leadership, Glen is committed to delivering HR and leadership excellence as we continue to build progress for people and the planet.
