Named President and Chief Executive Officer of Lafarge's Western Canada division in 2018, Brad is responsible for overseeing a business unit encompassing more than 4,200 employees and establishing the company's strategic direction, delivering robust operational, financial, and sustainability outcomes. 

Throughout his 25-year career at Lafarge, Brad has held various key positions, each contributing to his vast knowledge and proficiency. Notably, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Northeast and Great Lakes West Region, as well as the SVP of the Northeast Region, during which time he demonstrated a consistent ability to achieve solid financial results, successfully implement transformative change initiatives, and facilitate significant business acquisitions and integrations.

Brad's leadership stands out for his aptitude for driving growth and formulating long-term strategies. His unwavering dedication to Lafarge's future and advocacy for safety and sustainability have earned him the trust and admiration of industry peers, propelling the organization's growth and cultivating a culture of excellence within the company.
