Andy Unger

Vice President General Manager, Ready-Mix

Andy Unger became the Vice President General Manager, of Ready Mix, Eastern Canada, in March 2024. 

Andy joined Lafarge in 1999 as an Assistant Plant Manager - East GTA and has held several titles over the past 25 years. Most recently, throughout his tenure as President of Innocon, a Lafarge Canada company, he successfully implemented a large-scale amalgamation of several brands under the Innocon banner, improving efficiency and profitability for the Ready Mix business.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, Ontario. Andy's extensive experience will help the Eastern Canada Ready Mix business excel as we enter a new phase of our North American Business.
